With a fascinating multicultural past, George Lavrov’s memoir Yokohama Gaijin is a captivating read. We developed his brand to reflect his interesting experience. When developing the book, we created a cover that includes his silhouette in a Japanese kimono and map of his families migration to the United States. The iconic red sun screams Japan as well as the Japanese characters meaning “Yokohama Gaijin”. Once the book cover design was final, promoting this book was easy with a visually appealing website, social media branding, business card and other media.
